150gm minced meat
100gm liver, minced
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp cumin powder
pinch salt
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp chopped onions
 4 lemon grass- split half length-wise

For Garnish :
4 hard boiled eggs
salt and pepper
1 tbsp milk

How to make minced meat on lemon grass

1. mix altogether and divide equally into a handful of meat and wrap around lemon grass  at the tip .
2. Sprinkle olive oil over meat and place on foil and bake in the oven at 200 C for 20 to 30 mins.
3. Serve with satay sauce -(peanut sauce) recipe in my page.
4. Cut eggs into half, Remove yolk, and mash with milk , season to taste. Pipe back into white shell.
