Meatball with spiral pasta

1/2 pkt spiral pasta- cooked as directed
2 bay leaves
4 large tomatoes-boiled-peeled
1/2 broccoli  or celery-cut
1 large onion-chopped
3 pips garlic-chopped
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup tomato puree or ketchup
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp oil

For the meatball:
1/2 chicken breast or 200gm meat-minced
1/2 cup mashed potato
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
3 tbsp bread  crumbs
1 yolk.

Parmesan cheese for garnish

How to make Meatball with spiral pasta

1. Drain pasta after cooking.
2. For the stock:- Heat oil and saute onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes and broccoli or celery.
3. Add chicken stock and season. let simmer for a while , cool and blend just once for 1/2 min. , not too fine.
4. For the meatball:- mixed altogether and form small balls. Deep fry till golden.
5. In a large saucepan, add the blended soup, then the meatballs, mix well and let simmer for a min. add pasta and mixed well.
6, To serve , place on plate and sprinkle some parmesan cheese if desire.
