Meat sausage buns

For the dough:
4 cups flour
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter

For the meat sausage:
300gm  meat,
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp rolled oat
1 egg
1 tsp cornflour

3 pieces of cheddar cheese slices

For the topping:
2 tsp mustard seeds- grind finely.
1 tbsp butter
3/4 cup mayonnaise
dash of cajun seasoning
dash of tabasco sauce

How to make Meat sausage buns

1. For the dough:- Knead all to a soft non sticky dough, Leave to rise in double.
2. For the meat: - mix altogether and share it3 inches long
3. Heat a pan with 5 tbsp oil.Fry the meat log till light golden. drain.
4. Lay dough on floured board and shape it long. Cut into 7 pieces. Roll each piece into a log and place  3 small pieces of cheese (cut each cheese slice into 8 pieces) and a meat sausage on top . Pipe mustard sauce on top of meat.
8. Leave to rise again, Bake in preheated oven at 250 C for 15 mins.  Serve with ketchup .
