Malay Sweet sour fish

1 large fish -600gm - clean
2 tbsp cornflour
1 eggs
 1/2 tsp salt

Ingredient A:
2 pips garlic-minced
1" ginger-julienne
2 red chilly- chopped
1 large onion-chopped
1 1/2 " ginger flower- sliced

ingredient B:
1/2 cup sweet sour sauce
150ml water
1 tbsp lime juice
3 fresh basil leaves

For garnish:
spring onion-chopped
coriander leaves-chopped
1 lemon -cut in wedge

How to make Malay Sweet sour fish

1. Rub fish with salt and coat in egg , then in cornflour. Deep fry till cooked. Keep warm.
2. Saute ingredient A in 2 tbsp oil.  Add B . Let cook for 5 mins , then pour over fish and garnish. Serve with white rice.
