Javanese noodle

1 pkt yellow noodle- blanch
2 gm green sawi-cut
2 hard boiled eggs- cut half

500gm rib bone- cut
200gm meat-cut

ingredient -A

1 red onion- chopped
4 pip garlic-chopped
1" ginger- chopped
3 cardamom
3 cloves
2" stick cinnamon

3 cups mashed sweet potato
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp fenugreek
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp roasted garlic salt
2 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp asam jawa- extract juice with 1/2 cup water.
2tbsp finely grind dried prawns
2 tbsp finely grind anchovies
1" belacan- prawn paste

How to make Javanese noodle

1.Saute the ingredient A in 3 tbsp oil, add rib and meat and 12 cups water and let it boil to tender, almost 1/4 of the water evaporates. Dish out the meat and sliced it , keep aside.
2.Then add ingredient B to stock. Stir to mix into a thick creamy soup.  Add cooked noodle and greens on plate with egg and the meat slices, pour creamy soup on top and serve hot.
