3 cups cooked rice-over night rice is best
6 french beans-cut 1/2 cm lenght
1 carrot- shredded
1/2 french onion-sliced
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2 egg-beaten

pounded ingredients:
1 red onion
2 pips garlic
1 red chilly

1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2  tbsp chicken granules

1 tbsp butter or ghee
3 tbsp oil

How to make Fried Rice with spices

1. Saute pounded ingredients in oil till aroma. Add vegetables and onion.  Add spices .Blend well.
2.Add egg and rice, stir to mix well. Add butter and stir again. Serve hot
