Fried fish with Tomyam sauce

1 fish- clean and scaled
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup oil for frying
1 onion        )
1 lemon grass  )
1/4" ginger    )blended finely
1 chilly       )
1/2 Tomyam cube)
1 tomato       )
1 lime leaf-cut finely

For side dish:
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp plum sauce
1 carrot-shredded
1 cucumber-shredded


How to make Fried fish with Tomyam sauce

1. Rub fish with chilly and turmeric powder and salt. Fry in oil till cook.
2. Dish out some of the oil and leave about 3 tbsp oil to fry the blended ingredients till aroma. Pour over fish and garnish with lime leaf. For the side , Mix plum sauce with cucumber and carrot.
