4 cups flour
1 tbsp yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk powder
1 cup warm water

Filling :
red bean paste

How to make Flower red bean buns

1. Mix the ingredients and knead to a soft non sticky dough. leave to rise double.
2. Roll dough flat on board and cut 4 pieces.
3. Spread red bean paste over each piece and then sandwich them together into 4 layers.
4. Cut or slice 1" thick. Then cut half on each slice. Lay 3 pieces of the cut slice in a patty tin.
5. Leave to rise . Sprinkle with little water and sesame seeds.
6.Bake in preheated oven at 250 C for 10 to 15 mins.
7. Brush top with butter. Serve warm.
