3 egg plants (brinjals)- sliced

ingredients to be pounded:
1 red onion
1 pip garlic
1 red chilly
1 tbsp dried prawns
1/2" piece belacan or 1 tbsp dried anchovies

1 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp oil

How to make Egg plant sambal

1. Heat oil and place brinjals round on the oil and brown both side . Push aside..
2. Saute pounded ingredients till aroma.
3. Mix in the brinjals and osyter sauce. cook till brinjals are soft. Serve with white rice
