4 cups flour
1 tbsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup warm water
1 egg
2 tbsp butter

1 1/2 cups milk powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
50 gm butter

How to make Deep fried buttermilk doughnuts

1, Mix the dough ingredients and knead to a soft non sticky dough, Leave to rise for an hour.
2 Divide into 12  pieces and roll into balls.
3. Mix the fillings and fill a tablespoonful into the balls. Seal. leave to rise again.
4. Heat wok  to medium with 2 cups oil, Deep fry the doughnut until golden brown. drain and serve.
