5 potatoes, peel and boil till soften.
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup evaporated milk or cream
salt and pepper
dash of parsley

How to make Creamy Mashed potato

1.Mash the potatoes till fine.  add the butter while still hot. Add milk and seasoning,
2. put in a oven proof dish. Bake the mashed potato for 20 mins.

Dont throw away left over potato, you can mix with minced meat. Some parsley and pan fry till golden.
