For pastry case:
150gm flour
1/4 tsp salt
150 butter-chilled
1/2 egg yolk
80cc cold water
extra flour for working

For filling:
200gm cream cheese
20gm butter
30gm sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice

70gm sour cream
1 tbsp sugar

1/3 cup whipped cream
1 tsp sugar

chocolate curls
icing sugar

How to make Cream cheese tart

1.For the pastry, Crumble the butter in the flour and add the rest of ingredients and knead to a soft dough. Wrap in a plastic and chill for an hour.
2. Roll out dough in between plastic and fold 3 times. Roll again and cut round and place in tart tin.
3. Whisk cream cheese,butter and sugar with lemon juice till well blend. Put in piping bag and pipe into pastry cases.
4. mix sour cream with sugar and spoon over cheese.
5. Bake in oven at 140 C for 10 mins. Cool.
6. whisk cream and sugar till thicken and pipe over tart.
7. Arrange some chocolate curls on top and sieve icing over.
8. Keep chilled.
