Ingredient A

150gm butter
30 gm shortening
100gm caster sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp emplex

Ingredient B
200gm flour
60gm cornflour
30gm nestum -grind finely
3 tbsp milk powder

for coating:
white cooking chocolate -melted
colour beads

How to make Colour beads doughnut biscuits

1. Cream ingredient A till thicken. Add B and knead to form dough.
2. Roll flat and cut with a small doughnut cutter. Bake in 180 C oven for 15 mins.Cool.
3. Dip biscuit in melted chocolate and sprinkle colour beads on top.
