250gm butter
180gm caster sugar
2 tbsp condense milk

1 egg
200gm flour
2 tbsp milk powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
100gn dessicated coconut

How to make coconut biscuits

1. Mix the first 3 ingredients and cream till light. Add egg.
2. Sift flour, milk powder and baking powder. Add a little by little to the butter mixture.
3. Knead to a dough and pinch a small ball and shape and press a little to flatten.
4. Roll into the coconut and bake arrange on greased tray. Bake at 175 C for 15 to 25 mins.
