Chocolate fudge brownie

1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter-melted completely
3 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup condense milk
3 tbsp evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla

How to make Chocolate fudge brownie

1. For the cake:-mix all the dry ingredients.
2. Melt the butter and mix in the cocoa powder and stir till smooth.
3. Mix the eggs , vanilla and milk and add to melted butter.
4. Mix the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir till smooth and consistency. Add more milk if too thick. Batter should not be too thick or too thin.
5. Pour into greased tray or pan and bake at preheated oven at 200 C for 30 mins or till done .
6. For Topping:- Mix altogether and stir into a smooth paste. Spread over hot cake evenly.
7. Cut into square and serve

    A question here. What kind of flour exactly - wheat, all purpose, which one? Will wheat flour give me the same result? Any modifications to the recipe?

    you can use any all purpose flour , for me I always find the cheapest flour in town, still it turn out as good. dont use cheap margarine for making cake or it will turn very oily. Best used quality margarine or butter.
