Chocolate chip filling milk buns

4 cups flour
1 tbsp instant yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 cup milk powder
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp butter

1 cup milk powder
1/4 cup fine sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 egg-beaten
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter

2 tbsp milk powder
200 gm flour
1/2 egg-beaten
1/4 cup fine sugar
1/2 cup butter

1 egg- beaten for glaze

How to make Chocolate chip filling milk buns

1. Mix A to form a non sticky dough. leave to rise double in size.
2. Mix B until well combine.
3. For C:- , beat butter and sugar lightly. Add the rest of ingredients to form a non sticky soft dough.
4. Place the dough A on a floured board and using your fingers press down dough and bring towards you, Divide dough into 8 or 10 pieces.
5. Divide B and C equally to dough A.
6. Roll dough A and place B and seal into a ball. Roll dough C and place on top of A to cover the dough.
7. Place on greased tray and leave to rise for 1 hour.
8. Brush top with beaten egg .Bake in preheated oven at 220 C for 20 mins or till golden.
