Chocolate chip bread pudding

1/2 loaf of bread - cut into cubes
1/2 cup butter
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup full cream milk powder
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
3 eggs-beaten
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch nutmeg

For garnish:
1/2 cup chocolate chips
brown sugar

How to make Chocolate chip bread pudding

1.Greased the oven proof dish. Add the bread.
2.Add milk powder to hot water and stir to dissolved, Add butter and stir to melt.
3. Add evaporated milk to the bread and also the butter mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix to blend.
4. Sprinkle chocolate chips and some sugar and pinch of cinnamon over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 40 mins.
5. Serve hot.

you can used raisins .
