Chocolate bread with chocolate chips

5 cups flour
4 tbsp milk powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp butter

1 cup chocolate chips

How to make Chocolate bread with chocolate chips

1. Mix altogether except chocolate chips. Knead to a soft non sticky dough. Leave to rise for 1 hour. Divide into 2 parts.
2. Roll out each dough on a floured board by pressing with your fingers or knuckles. sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chip on each bread.
3. Roll up the dough and seal the edge. Put it in a greased loaf tin.
4. Let it rise again for an hour or double.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 C for 20 to 30 mins. To know if your loaf is cook, tap the bottom of the bread , if it sound hollow, meaning its cooked.
6. Serve with chocolate fudge or chocolate and hazelnut spread.
