Chicken masala

2 chicken thigh-cut into bite size
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder ( jintan putih)
2 tsp chilly powder

1/2 french onion-sliced)
1/4 capsicum - chopped )A

2 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
1/4 cut pineapple -sliced to add last

Blended to fine paste:

1 onion- sliced
1/2" ginger
4 pips garlic
3 candle nuts( buah keras)
2 stalk curry leaves
2 large tomatoes
2 red chillies

How to make Chicken masala

1.Marinate chicken with spices and 1 tsp salt. leave for 1/2 hour.
2. Heat oil and deep fry chicken in a very hot oil just to brown.
3. Reserve the chicken spice left over. drain. Add 2 tbsp oil in wok and fry ingredient A.
4. Then add blended paste and the marinate spice.
5. simmer for 1 min the add chicken pieces. season and cook till chicken almost tender , add pineapple.
6. Simmer for another 10 mins. Serve hot.
