For the dough:
4 cups flour
1 tbsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp milk powder
1 egg
1/2 cup mashed potato
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp butter

for filling:
1/2 chicken breast-minced
1 medium red onion-chopped
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp fennel powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilly powder or less
dash black pepper
2 sprig curry leaves-chopped
3 potatoes-cubed and boil to soften
 salt to taste.

How to make chicken curry potato buns

1. For dough:- Mixed all together and knead to a soft dough and then add butter and knead well for 20 mins, Leave to rise double.
2, For the filling:- Mix spices with 1/2 cup water.
3. Saute the onion in 4 tbsp oil.Add spice paste. Stir till aroma, Add chicken and fry few mins .
4. Add potatoes. Stir and fry till well mixed , season with salt to taste.
5. For the dough,:- place the dough on a floured board and roll, cut in 12 equal portions.
6. Roll each dough into a ball. Filled .Flatten and place 2 tbsp curry mixture and seal it,place on greased tray.
7. Leave to rise
8 bake in preheated oven at 220C and bake for 10 to 15.Brush top with extra butter.

if you dont have complete spices , just use 2 tbs curry powder. I used to mix my own curry powder so in this way you can add more or less the chilly powder.
