3 cups rice
2 3/4 cups chicken stock
1 tbsp salt
1 piece chicken cascade (bone)
1 red onion-chopped
2 garlic-chopped
1/2" ginger -chopped
1 piece pandanus leaf
1 lemon grass-crushed
1/2 carrot, cube into cubes

Ingredient B
1 breast meat, slice into 1/2 " thick- coated with cornflour, salt and paper
2 pieces pineapple rings.
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
4 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese

How to make cheesy bake chicken rice

1. Saute onions, garlic and ginger till lightly golden, mixed with rice and add the rest of the of A ingredients. cook through.
2.Heat up pan and fry the coated chicken till golden brown. Add pineapple cubes to sugar .and caramelise it
3.Scoop the cooked rice into a deep dish  and arrange the chicken and pineapple on top.
4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on the chicken. Spread mozzarella and bake for 5  to 10 mins. or until cheese melt . serve hot !
