Carjun Fried chicken in pocket

2 boneless chicken breasts
2 chicken wings
2 tsp carjun seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
pinch salt

3 slices bread- grind to form crumbs
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp chopped parsley

3 cup oil

For the bread :
3 cup flour
1 tbsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup warm water

How to make Carjun Fried chicken in pocket

1. Marinate chicken with carjun,pepper and salt for an hour or so.
2. Heat oil, Dip chicken in egg and coriander.
3. Drag in bread crumbs . Deep fry in slow heat till golden brown. Serve hot.
For the bread:
1.Mix and knead to a soft non sticky dough, leave to rise.
2. Divide dough into 4 smaller dough. Roll each dough round and roll flat about 4 " in diameter.
3. Leave to rise for 1/2 hour. Then bake in preheated oven at 250 C for 10 mins.
4. Brush top with butter. Cool.
5. Cut half and split the side. Stuff the some chicken pieces inside the pocket. Spoon some mayonnaise , chilly sauce and tomato ketchup. Serve.

Note: you can add salad if you want to.
