750gm Cream cheese- soften
4 eggs
1 cup buttermilk or sour cream
1/2 cup honey or golden syrup
2 tsp lemon juice

For finishing:
whipped cream
strawberries and kiwis

How to make Buttermilk cheesecake

1.Add egg one at a time to soften cheese, add remaining ingredient.
2.Pour mixture into a spring form tin . seal outside of tin with foil .
3. place tin in a tray of water come up to half way the cake tin.
4. Bake for 1 hour or until set. Cool , decorated with strawberries and whipped cream , Serve with strawberries sauce if desire
