Buttermilk buns

4 cups flour
1 tbsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp milk powder
1 egg
1 cup warm milk or water

For fillings- mix altogether
1  1/2 cups milk powder
1/2 cup fine sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp vanilla


How to make Buttermilk buns

1. For the dough, mix altogether to form into a soft non sticky dough. Leave it to rise for an hour.
2. Punch down and roll into 10 individual balls, shape the ball flat and fill with fillings. seal.
3. put on a greased tray to let rise again .
4. Bake in a preheat oven ( 250 C) for 20 mins or golden .
5. Brush top with butter and cover with damp cloth.
6. Reheat in micro- oven to eat warm.
