250gm meat, slice thinly
1 tbsp black pepper sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 red onion-slice thickly
1/2 green capsicum- slice thickly
1 stalk spring onion- cut 1" length
1/4 cup water

How to make Black pepper beef

1. Saute the onion, capsicum in 3 tbsp oil. Then add meat and seasoning.
2. Stir fry quickly on very high heat until meat change colour. Add spring onion and dish out , serve with rice.
