Apple pumpkin bread

4 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp instant yeast
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
1/2 cup milk liquid
2 tbsp butter

For filling:
3 to 4 Green granny apples- sliced thinly
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup milk and  2 tsp cornflour) mixed together

How to make Apple pumpkin bread

For the dough:
1.Mix altogether and knead well to form a soft non sticky dough. Let it rise to double the bulk.
2.Punch down dough and put onto lightly floured board .
3 Divide the dough into 2 portions. Roll each into round , 1/2 inch thick.
4 Put 1 portion onto a greased heatproof shallow plate.
5. Spread filling evenly, then cover with the remaining dough. Leave rise for half an hour . 6. Bake at 250 degree celsius. until golden brown .
7. Brush top with butter. Leave cool to cut . The bread will appear like sandwich with apple in the center. try it , taste good !!

For filling: mix altogether and cook under low heat till apples are soft, add in cornflour mixture to make it thicken. cool
