Spamghetti Recipe



1/3 Can of SPAM
1/3 Jar of Spaghetti Sauce (245 g. of a 737g. jar)
1 Tbsp. Strawberry Jam
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder

How to make Spamghetti

I love this recipe. The strong, salty SPAM taste is complemented really well by the sweetness of the  Strawberry Jelly. Add the Chili powder, and it gets a real interesting tang.

Made this once for my fiance who absolutely hates SPAM. She went back for seconds.

  1. Start the noodles in boiling water. (I like thicker noodles, so I start this first. Start the noodles so that they will be done when your sauce is finished, it takes about 15-17 minutes.)
  2. Cube the 1/3 block of spam, very finely. Each side should be about 1cm in length.
  3. Brown the cubed SPAM on medium to medium-high until edges and corners are light brown. Pour in Spaghetti Sauce.
  4. Mix until SPAM is evenly distributed, let sit until boiling and sauce begins to get a little thicker.
  5. Add Strawberry Jam, mix until jam is no longer visible, let sit until starts bubbling again. Once bubbling, let sit for an additional minute.
  6. Add Chili Powder, mix.
  7. Drain finished noodles.
  8. Put sauce on noodles.
  9. Enjoy!
