Shitake Soup


Serving: 2 - 4
  • 10 dry shitake mushroom
  • 1 chicken stock cube (knorr)
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 cups water
  • 50 g mince pork (optional)

How to make Shitake Soup

Utensils: bowl, medium pot
  • leave shitake in water to soften them for about 30 mins, then slice 
  • To start, boil water in a pot, put a cube of Knorr, bring to boil.  
  • Put chopped onion, and chopped shitake and soya.  Bring to boil for sometimes (5-10 mins) until shitake is really soft.
  • If you like to put mince pork, put them after shitake soften then leave for about 1 min
  • Serve with jasmine rice
ps. you can also put other type of vegetables such as chinese leaf.
