Honeymooner's Tonic


Serving: 2
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry sorbet OR 1/2 cup raspberry sorbet + 1 tsp strawberry jam
  • (1 - 2 tbsp water, optional)

How to make Honeymooner's Tonic

Utensils: a measure cup, a blender

Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth, garnish and serve right away.  
(If you don't like it too thick, you can add water.)

This is a kind of energy enhancing beverage with great nutrition along with great taste.

    The original recipe contains no water and use strawberry sorbet. I use frozen blueberries and fresh banana and it works just fine.
