Fountain of Youth Smoothies


Serving: 2
  • 1 cup low-fat cherry yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup frozen pitted cherries
  • 3/4 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries

How to make Fountain of Youth Smoothies

Utensils: measure cups, a blender

Blend cherry yogurt and cranberry juice in the blender. 

Then put cherries and blueberries then blend until smooth, garnish and serve right away.  

This is a kind of health-enhancing beverage with great nutrition along with great taste.
