Chicken in Oyster Sauce


Serving: 4
  • 500 g chicken (any part you like), chopped into smallpieces
  • 200 g mushroom
  • 3 chili pepper, chopped (if you dont like spicy food, replace with pepper)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to make Chicken in Oyster Sauce

Utensils: a knife, a large saucepan
  • Turn on high heat, heat oil in a saucepan, add garlic and fry till golden
  • Add chicken and fry until they turn golden
  • Add mushroom, onion, oyster sauce, sugar and fry for a couple minutes
  • then add water and chili pepper, wait till boiled, add corn flour, fry for another minute
  • Serve with rice
