Sugar Cookie Icing
Ingredients
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons of milk
- 2 teaspoons of light corn syrup
- 1/4 almond or vanilla extract
- Any food coloring
Instructions
- Mix powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl until smooth
- Add the corn syrup and almond or vanilla extract into mixture
- Add more corn syrup if icing gets too thick
- Divide icing into different bowls for usage of different icing colors
- Follow food coloring instructions on box
- Use paintbrushes, plastic knives, or rubber spatula to spread on cookies
