Grilled Oscypek


  • 200 grams of ocsypek, Polish sheep cheese, sliced (regional product made in Polish mountain regions)
  • chili powder
  • black pepper

How to make Grilled Oscypek

  1. Sprinkle cheese slices with chili and pepper.
  2. Grill 5 min in preheated oven.
  3. Serve at top of rosemary baked potatoes.
