Ginger & honey broccoli


  • 1 head of broccoli, cut in florets


  • 1 table spoon of light soy sauce
  • 1 table spoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 table spoon of pickled ginger, minced
  • 1 table spoon of honey
  • 1 table spoon of white sesame - for garnish

How to make Ginger & honey broccoli

  1. Steam broccoli for about 5 min.
  2. Cool and place in salad bowl.
  3. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar and honey over hot water bath to help honey to dissolve, add ginger mix again.
  4. Pour dressing over broccoli and sprinkle with sesame.

    Hey I make this as well. But I also use stir fired chicken strips to it. I use garlic rather than ginger though. :)
