Blue cheese omelette

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs, whipped
  • 1/3 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, cubed
  • 15 grams of blue cheese
  • 1 table spoon of oil
Instructions
