3 small over ripe bananas, mashed 100g chocolate chips 4 tbsp peanut butter 5 tbsp Greek yogurt 100g honey 75ml olive oil 125g plain flour 1 tsp baking powder Half tsp bicarbonate of soda
1) Whisk the mashed banana with the peanut butter, yogurt, honey and oil until smooth. 2) In a large bowl, sift in the flour, baking powder and soda. 3)
Gradually fold in the banana mixture into the dry mixture until almost
mixed. Add in the chocolate chips, gently folding until no more flour
is seen. 4) Transfer to a lined tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes until brown.
