Ingredients
- 8 inch Graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 can condensed & sweetened milk
- Green food coloring (optional)
- Whipped creme topping (optional)
- thinly sliced lime (optional)
Instructions
- Separate egg yolks from whites.
- Mix yolks, lime juice, and condensed milk.
- Add 2 drops of green food coloring if desired
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Bake 10 minutes at 350.
- Cool, then refrigerate until firm.
- Top with whipped creme and lime slices if desired before serving.
