- 2 boneless chicken breast pieces
- 2 cups of honey
- 2 cups of salted cashews
- salt, garlic salt, pepper, and/or lemon pepper, as desired
- Coarsely chop cashews.
- Completely and thickly coat chicken in honey.
- Roll coated chicken in cashews and place in aluminum foil.
- Add spices as desired.
- Pour any extra cashews over chicken and wrap loosely in foil.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes or until center is completely cooked.
