- 1 bunch of enoki mushrooms
- 8 slices of smoked bacon
- soy sauce
- freshly ground pepper
- spring onion, sliced
- Divide bunch of enoki mushrooms into 8 smaller bunches and roll bacon around each one.
- Heat up grill.
- Place rolls on grill, turn over once golden brown.
- Serve sprinkled with black pepper and spring onion, pour with soy sauce.
