100 gms of green beans
3 slices of strippy bacon, chopped into small pieces
1.5 tsp of Mustard
1.5 tsp of Honey
2 tbsp of apple vinegar
2 tbsp of olive oil
Pepper and salt
Boil the potatoes until it is soft. Cut into cube.
Boil the green beans. Cut into smaller pieces.
Without adding any oil, fry the bacon until crisp. Side aside.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve.
