Instructions
- Pour all of the v8 into a large pan.
- Dice the green pepper and toss out the seeds.
- Dice cucumber
- Cut up tomato into chunks
- Dice cilantro
- Toss all of the veggies in pan
- Put in dressing to taste. I did a little over a cup.
- Put pepper in to taste.
Chill for 24 hours. Put in shrimp before you serve if you wish. Garnish with cucumber slices. EAT COLD!
