Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken brooth
- 1/2 soft tofu (diced)
- a handfull of frozen peas and carrots
- 1 egg (beaten)
- salt
- corn starch
Instructions
- boiled chicken brooth, add peas and carrots
- continue stirring when pour in beaten egg, add salt
- add corn starch mixture, till soup is thick.
- last add soft tofu, let it simmer
- ready to be serve
