Ingredients
- 6 small potato ( diced)
- 1 can luncheon meat ( diced)
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp granulated chicken stock
- 2 cup water
- 2 tbsp salt
- parsley
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Boiled potato with salt till tender, drain till 2 cups water
- Take half boiled potato and 2 cup water from potato and blend till smooth
- In a pan stir fry onion and butter, add luncheon meat, potato blend and potato cube, 2 cup water
- Cooked till boil, add milk, corn starch,granulated chicken stock, parsley
- Stir well, last add cheese
