Cornbeef bread pudding

Ingredients
1 can cornbeef-mashed
1/2 french onion-chopped
1 chilly-chopped -(optional)
pepper
1 loaf white bread-trimmed-cubed
25gm butter
4 eggs-beaten
2 cup milk


Instructions
1. Put bread into a greased ,deep oven proof dish. Pour egg and milk evenly over bread.
2. Saute the onion and chilly in butter till soft. Add cornbeef and loosen up.  season with pepper.
3. Pour over bread and spread evenly.
4 Bake in the oven (200 C) for 1 hour or till firm.
5. Serve warm .
