Coconut Martini 2

  • 2 parts Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 1 part Bacardi Coco
  • 1 splash vodka
The next generation of Coconut Martini. Not really a martini, but it's STRONG and best when served in a martini glass. It may seem redundant to use two types of coconut rum, but they are very different and complimentary in flavor. The vodka is there to cut some of the sweetness.
  1. Shake all ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Serve.
