1/2 cup cubed chicken (I used my leftover tequila lime chicken from Taco night)
tomatoes cubed
cilantro
sauteed onion
mexican cheese
green peppers
flour tortilla (2)
Instructions
Saute onions and peppers. Arrange all on 1 tortilla, and smother with cheese. Top with tortilla #2. Slap it on the Forman Grill, baby. Just until outside is crispy and insides are melty. No grease needed. Cut in triangles.
