The "minas" cheese is a typical Brazilian cheese, but you can use any cheese you like for this recipe. This is my grandma's recipe and it's pretty easy to make.
- Dough: knead all the ingredients until it becomes not too sticky. Add flour if necessary but don't let the dough get too dry.
- Filling: mix all ingredients with a fork.
- Lay the dough on tart pan and add the filling.
- Bake in pre-heated oven until it turns golden.
