This is a very quick and easy dessert. The combination of the light cake and fresh berries make for a refreshing treat!
In a small saucepan on low/medium heat, melt down the sorbet until completely melted. Stir occasionally.
Cut cake into thick slices and individually plate them.
Place raspberries into a small bowl and gently toss them with the melted sorbet. When coated, spoon the fruit sauce onto each slice of cake.
